
REV. DOUGLAS KIMEMIA
Rev. Douglas Kimemia was born and raised in Kenya.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology from Pan Africa Christian University in 2002 and was ordained a priest the same year. He held the position of Vicar of Watuha Parish from 2003 - 2004. During the same time period, he held positions of Archdeaconry Sunday school Coordinator, Deanery Youth Organizer, and Archdeaconry Orphans’ Ministry coordinator
After coming to the United States in 2004, Rev. Kimemia attended Memphis
Theological Institute, where he received a Master of Arts in Religion in 2006
and a Master of Divinity in 2007. He served as Part time Youth Minister at
All Saints Anglican Church
In 2006, Douglas and his family joined St. Peter's Anglican Church, where he serves as Associate Minister and Youth Pastor. In addition to these duties, Douglas serves as Resident Chaplain in Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Douglas is married to Faith Kamau and they have 1 daughter, Gloria.
